HTC is proud of our continued relationship with Touro University, connecting the undergraduate divisions of HTC to the newly launched Touro College Illinois (TCIL) graduate programs. TCIL is drawing on 50 years of high-quality higher education experience, with a particularly strong healthcare tradition.
This summer, TCIL launched a Cybersecurity Certificate Program in Healthcare with three classes that were well attended, and which received excellent reviews. In addition, TCIL plans to launch a Data Analytics Master's Degree in Healthcare in the near future. These two big data-driven programs place students at the intersection of not one, but two growing fields and are designed for students who have previously completed a bachelor's degree and are looking to jumpstart a career in the hottest professional sectors in today's economy.
The TCIL Physician Assistant Program successfully achieved interim accreditation to allow for opening of the PA program in January 2023 at the HTC-TCIL Fargo campus. The building is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and furnishings to prepare for the first cohort. Over 500 applications have been received for the 45 students expected in the first class. The Master's Degree in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner plans to open in the spring of 2023 and is geared toward practicing nurses looking to increase their knowledge, skills, pay and career to the next level
