On Sunday, April 2nd, HTC held its first-ever Alumni Tournament and Family Fun Day. Thank you to the over 300 alumni and guests who joined us for these special events, including alumni who flew in from New York, New Jersey, and Israel!
The day began with the FYHS 3-on-3 tournament at 10AM. Yeshiva alumni spanning decades competed against each other in the high-level tournament on 16 different teams with over 50 different players. Thank you to all of our amazing team captains who made today possible. Congratulations to the winning team, Eli Gerwitz, Yechiel Reischer, and Ezra Shulman. Each member of the winning team was presented with a custom basketball emblazoned with the Yeshiva logo. Attendees left with a sense of renewed connection with our Yeshiva and enjoyed the day on the HTC Campus and the Rothner Family Gymnasium. Thank you to everyone who played in the tournament for making the games so enjoyable.
We began our Family Fun Day with a delicious barbecue, Rita’s Italian Ice Truck, Kona Shaved Ice Truck, and cotton candy! After filling up on some delicious food, visiting families were able to take advantage of the bouncy houses, grab some mini basketballs, shoot around, and watch our 3-on-3 alumni tournament!
